HRIF – U of A
Retrofit, mostly insulation and mechanical some now 15 years ago.

Confederation Bridge
One of the first and only privately funded infrastructure projects in Canada. A unique building
approach which saw most of the piers cast on land and floats into position was a first. The project was
financed by the builder and the tolls from passage over 25 years. To find out more about this unique

High Voltage Test Facility
High voltage test facility was unique in that its blast proof.
Construction: EPCM works with the structural fabrication to address unique blast proof environment.

Major retrofit and turnaround, including O&M and cost and schedule control. The same firm designed
and built the hydraulic lift system for the replica of the articulate Titanic in the DiCaprio movie.

Circle Drive Bridge - Saskatoon
Post contract design changes resulting in delay and cost increases.
9- Parsons Creek Interchange and twinning of Highway 63 to Fort MacMurray
Delays, cost escalation, differing conditions and dispute resolution successfully.

Petro Canada Alberta
Delays, cost escalation, differing conditions and dispute resolution successfully.

Fortis Upsizing of all LNG Pipelines – Greater Vancouver Area, Burnaby, Coquitlam, etc.
Unknown utility obstruction and constrained work areas resulted in cost and delay and cost increases.
Successful results.

Post contract design change and delays successfully resolved.

Upsizing LNG
Results to delays and cost escalation.

St. Louis Bridge
Indigenous concerns required relocation of approaches. This resulted in major rework of the bridge
girders and transportation and increased costs of delay and transportation. Successfully settled with
acting Minister of Transportation to a negotiated settlement.
